You can now add a custom message to individual paychecks within a batch. This simple update adds clarity and a human touch to every disbursement you send.

We have re-engineered the backend of NextPayout (app.nextpay.world) to reliably support 1,000 recipients per batch. You can now fund your entire payroll or supplier list in a single click. This allows you to scale your operations without fear of system failure.

For most businesses, payroll is repetitive. You often pay the exact same list of people every 15 days. However, duplicating a massive batch of recipients previously came with a "loading tax"—a sluggish wait time while the system copied the data.

We didn't just update our legacy "Invoices" tool. We completely rebuilt it. While v1 was simply a document generator (great for making PDFs), NextCollect is an active collections engine designed to ensure money actually hits your bank account. It creates a closed-loop system that fixes the three biggest gaps in the old version: manual follow-ups, lack of visibility, and messy reconciliation.

  • From Manual Follow-ups to Smart ChasingIn v1, you had to remember who owed you money and awkwardly email them yourself. NextCollect introduces Smart Chasing, allowing you to set automated rules that send professional reminders via email or SMS before, on, and after the due date. The system does the awkward work for you and ensures you get paid faster without the administrative burden.
  • From "Sent" to "Seen" (Real-Time Intelligence)Previously, once you sent an invoice, it went into a black hole where you never knew if the client actually opened it. Our new Real-Time Intelligence dashboard upgrades "Delivery Status" to "View Status." You can now see exactly when a client has viewed the invoice. This removes the common excuse of "I didn't receive the email" and gives you the leverage to collect.
  • From Screenshots to Auto-ReconciliationThe old version required you to manually match payment screenshots to invoice numbers. This is a recipe for errors. NextCollect solves this by integrating payment gateways (QRPh, E-Wallets) directly into the invoice. When a client pays via the link, the system automatically detects the payment and marks the invoice as "Paid" instantly. No more guessing, no more manual tagging.
