HR & Admin Officer Closed

Start Date: February 2021

We are looking for an HR & Admin Officer with strong organizational skills, initiative, and grit to help us create and manage the back end processes to ensure smooth operations for NextPay. They will work closely with the founders of the company.


What you gotta do

Administrative

  • Craft, implement, and handle back-office operations and paperwork such as Business Registration, Permits, Equipment tracking, Policies, etc.
  • Liaise with Legal, Accounting, and benefits providers to ensure that all information, reporting, and documents are compliant and up to date.
  • Track, analyze, and maintain operational data and budgets
  • Assist in responding to Customer inquiries on the website or social channels
  • Other ad hoc duties that may arise during day-to-day operations

HR

  • Onboard and train staff in policies and procedures to help keep internal operations efficient
  • Develop, implement, and scale the HR process from practices, to policies, and documents
  • Establish workflows, practices and standards to ensure that ample support is provided for operations
  • Assist in hiring process; screening, scheduling, and collecting information or documents.
  • Other ad hoc duties that may arise during day-to-day operations

Our ideal candidate has...

  • Minimum 2-3+ years of experience in related roles and background (Admin & HR management, project management, business management, etc. - process-driven and problem solving skills)
  • A stable internet connection and can function well remotely and independently
  • Strong English/Filipino communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Familiarity with online tools (GSuite, Project Management tools, Messaging Apps, and Project Management tools (Trello, Asana, ClickUp, etc.)
  • A "Growth Mindset"; an eagerness to learn, give and receive constructive feedback at a fast-paced environment, and is not shy to ask questions or try new things out.
  • A detailed, organized, proactive, resourceful, and collaborative work ethic
  • Familiarity with managing HR or government-related processes and confidential documents.
  • A commitment to both personal and professional development.

Bonus points for...

  • Having run or are currently running a small business on the side
  • Having experience or background in fintech and/or other tech-driven companies
  • Having trained and scaled an operations team
  • Having experience with customer service processes
